Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered in 3-7 business days post the shipping date; however, please know that LYCOT will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.


To cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of the order placement by filling this form or emailing us at with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.



LYCOT has a 3 day replacement policy. If you are unhappy with the product you have received, you can initiate a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a replacement, please notify us by emailing us at with the subject “Order Return”. Any replacement initiated post 3 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Once we receive your replacement request, we will send you a confirmation email containing the instructions to replace the product within 24-48 hours. You can then send us the product via any cost effective courier service/ registered post to the following address:
